Shipping time is currently 1-3 weeks of placing your order. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders. Please allow up to 7 business days for order verification and processing, and an additional 10 business days for delivery.

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges to be made.

All items must be inspected within 15 days of receiving and customer service must be notified within 15 days of delivery. Images and descriptions of defects/damages must be provided for review.

Original paintings, limited edition prints, and merch are sold through oaoworld.com on scheduled and announced release dates.

We do not accept commission or custom orders unless advertised. We collaborate with brands and artists who align.
